Improvements in filtering your bugmail

Hello,

Since the new method of maintainer aliases was used, some people have
had difficulty (read: it was impossible) to work out if a bug was
assigned to *you* personally, or assigned to a maintainer alias that you
were on.

Thanks to a patch from Olav Vitters, the X-Bugzilla-Reason header now
distinguishes these cases:

X-Bugzilla-Reason: AssignedTo = the bug is assigned to you personally
X-Bugzilla-Reason: WatchAssignedTo = the bug is assigned to someone you
are watching (eg. a maint alias)

So a regexp matching /AssignedTo/ should still show the same behaviour
as before, but you can write something more specific if you want.
