libgnome-2 and libgnomeui-2 file movings

Hi,

I just copied the files from gnome-libs/libgnome and gnome-libs/libgnomeui
over to libgnome-2/libgnome and libgnomeui-2/libgnomeui.

This means that if you have a checked out copy of either libgnome-2 or
libgnomeui-2, you need to remove it and check it out again.

Sorry for any inconveniences that may have caused.
