well ... I dunno ... at least tom has produced some usefull comments ...
same as other people, but a lot of comments on this list are dealing with
complete crap (not targetting anybody specifically, but a lot of em have
nothing to do with gnome, the styleguide .. or anything remotely related to
it)

he has produced some document ... as opposed to nothing ...

I see a few problems with most of the styleguide discussion
1) people are taking this too seriously
2) too much time is spent on deciding on how things should be decided
3) too much time is spent on saying "X is wrong and should not post here"
4) people are taking this too seriously
