You can hack a theme for metacoty or sawfish if you like...

Have a look at this:

It has some windowish themes that do what you want. You can try to hack them to your own needs. I think the keramik theme is pretty cool and has an icon next to the title! If you like Widow XP, you can also see that those themes have icons.
