CVS GNOME/HEAD Stale Lock

All:

I think there is a stale lock file in the /GNOME/HEAD libgtop directory.
When running the vicious build scripts I get
cvs server: [23:03:35] waiting for gnomecvs's lock in 
/cvs/gnome/libgtop/sysdeps/common

repeatedly.

I would appreciate if someone with write access to CVS could take care 
of this.
