Wish about gnome desk guide (pager)

Hi all,

Is there a special reason why the desk guide applet does not have an 
option to hide the arrow (just switch it)?

You can also move it with mouse button 2 clicking in the frame, if it
is the reason.

Can you please put an option to do so?
