  As I said in a previous post that I think didn't reach this list, gnome
should have an option in control-center that said something like "Ignore
application requested MDI mode and use mine".  That would solve
everybody's MDI related problems. 

  Window-in-window is like religions. Would it make sense to stop people
from adering to a particular religion?
