macros folder missing?

I just did a clean checkout (to make sure I had everything), and it
appears that the macros folder is missing.... I copied it from my old
checkout. It's not showing up in the web-cvs either, but ./autogen.sh
seems to require it (at least on my machine). Is this a problem?
