Hi all!

I've almost finished the GDA config framework, which consists of the
gda_server_* and gda_dsn_* functions as well as the GnomeDbDsnConfig
widget. This widget manages modification, removal and addition of
gnome-db DSNs. Now, gdafe and gda-mgr make use of this widget. Global
DSNs are also supported, although this is not tested.
