Here's an example:

[Oracle-connection]
Provider=gda-oracle
DSN=[DATABASE=tnsname_entry]
Description=Oracle bla bla bla
Configurator=None

In DSN you can put either the name of an entry in your tnsnames.ora file
or leave it empty so it will take the ORACLE_SID environment variable to
connect to your local oracle database
