Enhancements

  - Special "hack" for supporting ID attributes with invalid values in Visa
3D protocol.
  - Template functions for creating <enc:KeyReference/> and
<enc:DataReference/>
    nodes.
  - New "XMLSEC_DOCDIR" environment variable for ./configure script.
  - Updated README files for xmlsec-crypto libraries.

Fixes

   - Fixed processing of root element node siblings (bug #124245).
