Thinice 2.0 - "Plask i Baljan" released

Hello people!

The GTK+ theme engine Thinice is finally ported to GTK+ 2.0 and can be
found at http://thinice.sf.net

Some visual changes have been made, but it's mostly a port and cleanup.
