COnfigurator for Gnome 0.4.0

Description
===========

A program for editing advanced Gnome settings in an easy way - the backend
uses gconf and XML descriptions, but all the user will see is a (somewhat)
nice GUI.

Enhancements
============

- Added an About box.
- If no valid GConf keys are found in any XML files, then a message stating
this will be shown.
- Made minor changes to the Metacity XML settings file to keep up to date
with some new keys.
