Re: festival and gnome-speech

I've installed Fedora Core 4 test 3 which has Gnome 2.10.0, gnome-speech
0.3.6, gnopernicus 0.10.6, alsa 1.0.9, and festival 1.95; however, I'm
experiencing the same problem as Gnome 2.10 on FC3.  I get no sound from
test-speech, and festival-synthesis-driver consumes the cpu. The stock
Gnome 2.8.0 on FC3 works fine with alsa 1.0.6 and festival 1.4.2.

Anyone else seeing similar problems with Gnome 2.10.x?
