About the mini-howto I'm writing

Hi all,

I have translated the text in english and now will be happy to submit it to
some of you because I'm sure it needs to be corrected and improved and then
you can help me doing this. But I don't know how to proceed to send you the
text. May I post it here ? Does the list accept attackments ? Or is it
better for the moment to send it to some of you privatly ? 
And when the text will be ready to publish where do you think I must
publish it in order that people find it easily ?
