Our implementation proposal suggests that we should implement AtkValue 
implementation on GailAdjustment.

We may have a problem here as a GtkAdjustment is a GtkObject not a GtkWidget.

I would like to confirm that we do need an AtkObject associated with a 
GtkAdjustment.
