ANNOUNCE: gnome-build-status

There is now a list called gnome-build-status gnome org that is meant to
be:
	* place for bots doing regular (nightly/hourly/whatever) builds to
	  post their status information
	* place for other bots to pick that information up
	* place for people to pick that information up

All posting bots should identify themselves.
