Although you haven't made any string changes, I'd still suggest you warn
translators at gnome-i18n gnome org that there will be a new release,
and a couple of days in advance.

I myself didn't know about the RadioActive application; I just recently
checked it out as soon as I saw your letter to gnome-1.4-list. I also
noted that there is currently no Swedish (sv) translation, and I'd of
course like to contribute one. As RadioActive doesn't seem to have too
many translations, I think this situation applies to many other
translators.

So if you warn translators at gnome-i18n gnome org, translators will
notice it, and most importantly, those who haven't yet contributed a
translation will have the chance to do so before the new release.
Even those who have an existing translation would maybe want to make an
extra review of the existing translation, to remove some potential bugs
in the translation so that the translation will be great in the new
release.

In short, you can never warn translators too much... :-)
