Yes. Another iso-codes tarball disappeared in a puff of smoke on its
master site... :-/  This will be fixed in GARNOME 2.14.3, scheduled for
Wed. I added a fallback URL that will remain valid.

Just grab the Makefile and checksums file for bootstrap/iso-codes/ from
CVS, and substitute the current ones by these files. Should do just
fine.
