gst-plugins failure

in an attempt to compile Gnome 2.8 via the garnome utility it failed on
the gst-plugins section ... with some investigation I have learned that
it looks like alot of codec's arn't included or arn't installed prior to
building that may affect the build of gst-plugins. Blow I will include
what list I was able to make that may/may not help as well as my make
error's
