Re: VTE compilation problems

Do you have your env. settings set correctly?

Here's the content of my .xinitrc...if you're using .xsession it should
look similar.

---snip---

## Gnome2 Settings

GARNOME=$HOME/garnome

PATH=$HOME/garnome/bin:$PATH
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$HOME/garnome/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
PYTHONPATH=$GARNOME/lib/python2.2/site-packages
PKG_CONFIG_PATH=$GARNOME/lib/pkgconfig:/usr/lib/pkgconfig
GDK_USE_XFT=1
FONTCONFIG_PATH=$GARNOME/etc/fonts

export  GARNOME PATH \
        LD_LIBRARY_PATH GDK_USE_XFT \
        FONTCONFIG_PATH PKG_CONFIG_PATH \
        PYTHONPATH

exec $GARNOME/bin/gnome-session

---snip---
