libtool: link: warning: library `/usr/lib/libgdbm.la' was moved.
libtool: link: cannot find the library `/usr/local/lib/libgdbm.la'

At some point you compiled stuff into /usr/local, compiled GNOME stuff
against this, and then removed the libs in /usr/local. I think.

Anyway, this is a host-specific error. I'd clean and restart GARNOME.
