Xrender autoconf bits for Garnome

I've done up some autoconf bits for Xrender and I've got it working 
under Solaris 8/X86
with Garnome-0.21.0.  If anyone is interested in helping me test out the 
bits, let me know
and I'll send you the code.  Currently, it's just 5 files you drop into 
fcpackage.2_1 and a
new Makefile for the toplevel misc/Xrender directory.
