RE: garnome-0.17.1: libgda fails to compile

Hey guys,

I know my problem is a wrong version of MySQL-client and MYSQL-devel.
I tried version 3.23 and 4.0 but I still get errors (something about the
mystrings.so stuff)...
Finally I tried to deinstall all MySQL stuff and recompiled the libgda
stuff, successfully :)

Can anyone tell me what the right MySQL setup is to get libgda compiled
?
