gtk-mist without gtk1

I know this isn't the right place for bug reports, but gtk-mist-enginedoesn't compile without gtk1, so I don't think it should be includedunpatched in the garnome distribution. Removing gtk1 stuff was rathertrivial, but involves changes to the Makefile.in and configure.
