2.6.0.2 stuff:

- Fix PAM braindamage in #119853 and #126984 (Frederic Crozat, me)

- Fix the flexiserver protocol (gdmflexiserver should no longer hang)

- Disable IPv6 by default, it's still kind of problematic, you have
  to explicitly enable it now with --enable-ipv6=yes
