Hi Murray!

IMHO this is a quite reasonable list which does not at all judge people
but gives some hint how to behave in the community.

It would be great if such a Code would not be necessary but as always in
a non-perfect society, it is needed. Just think of the rather rude
comments by Linus about Gnome.
