Considering that we heard bover the last weeks that many of the board
members of the last years supposedly only decided to run to avoid other
"untrustworthy" candidates being elescted, why would you think that
anybody who might be considered "untrustworthy" would declare candidacy
more than a few minutes before the deadline?

PS: I am still not sure what "untrustworthy" means in this context but
suppose that it may mean "not part of the inner circle".
