    : Registration period ended yesterday for foundation members
    : About 50 people so far
    : New rooms at MIT so that there is network connectivity
    : Can handle up to about 75 people
    : There are talks & workshops

    : Having weekly calls
    : Foundation has paid MIT for the use of the facilities.

Tim - GUADEC planning
    ? Would it be feasible to move date of Guadec into the summer to get more
      flexibility with venues
	- Miguel mentioed the potential for collision with other summer
	  conferences
