Amen.  I think it is very important for the success of GNOME that there
be a person on the board who can be our advocate at Sun.  John is the
perfect person to do so.  I've worked with him on Foundation-related
issues and am confident that he understands what GNOME is about and is
the perfect bridge person between GNOME and Sun.
