I apologize for inconvenience I brought. The problem is solved by deleting the directory ./fspot, extracting it again and typing ./autogen.sh. There really were some missing files :)

I have a two or three days old version of f-spot. I try to compile it, but during autogen.sh execution the process stops with an error : config.status: error: cannot find input file: libfspot/Makefile.in.
What should I do now?
