I am not sure what you mean to be exact.
Anyway : 
 Last 360 days : 2004-12-14  -- 2005-12-09 (as of this writing)
 Current Year  : 2005-01-01  -- 2005-12-31
 Previous Year : 2004-01-01  -- 2004-12-31

Perhaps I should have "Current calender year" and "Previous calender
year"
