Re: Patch! Change Time(zone) function

Might be a good idea to create 1 dialog for setting the time of the
photo (when there's no EXIF) AND for changing the timezone.

A dialog for changing the timezone seems like a rarely used one, but
if we'll join it together with the main idea - messing with the time
of photo taken - it can become handy.

Hope you understood my point eventhough my English isn't very good.
