I believe spamassassin will just see the headers and spit out the
message exactly as it was read in, thus it should *just work* without
doing anything special for that case. (It just works for me anyway).

Not sure on specifics, but this would probably be easier than adding random
bits all over the place to determine what folder a mail came from, where it
belongs, etc... It's also possible to pipe the mail back through spamassassin,
and relenquis the added spam headers. I don't know if that will play into this
anywhere, but it's useful information. :)
