Big scary PDF files

If you're looking for big documents for testing when optimising Evince,
try this one:

3rd Edition weighs in at 684 pages and 5.9MB - so does this hold the
record for page count for publically-accessible (if not redistributable)
real-world PDFs?   There's a challenge :-P
