Ideally, the wiki will continue to be a sanctuary for developers. The most
appropriate place for feature requests is bugzilla. I'd suggest the best way
of getting feature requests triaged and in developer's heads is to create a
special bugzilla query for them, which could end up looking very much like
the bounty pages.

(I really can't understand anyone asking to do less work *and* get special
treatment for their feature requests. Mind boggling.)
