About project management

Hi all,

Surfing on the gnome website, I was asking myself: Why Gnome does not
have a sort of Gnome forge to centralize projects? Nowaday we
gnome.org/projects/ but it is not complete. Is it a problem of time?

If it is a problem of time, could it be interesting to have a generator
of simple web pages using only data from the CVS?
