MAINTAINERS and foo-maint gnome org

Does the magic to convert MAINTAINERS into foo-maint gnome org actually
work, does anyone know? If so, I'd like to use it to send out tinderbox
failure notices.

(Someone mentioned this in a cvs commit yesterday, which is what brought
it to mind, but I have no idea if it actually works...)
