New cad program

Hi, I have uploaded a cad program to the cvs, called JCCad. This program is an 
attempt to make a free cad program. You can see some screenshot here-> 
http://www.copenhague.info/cad/sshot.html . There is some basic instructions 
in README, module JCCad in gnome cvs.
