libglade brokened

Hi,

Somone has put HEAD related material into libglade without branching it
for gnome-2-4. It's now impossible to use libglade to build a CVS
version of GNOME 2.4.

I would like to urge to revert the changes, branch libglade and continue
putting this stuff on HEAD.
