zvt help request

Hi,

We desperately need a volunteer to fix key libzvt bugs.  Most of these
are reasonably hard, some may be trivial.  I just went through and
cleaned up/annotated/dup'd bugs when I could, but didn't assign any
milestones.

The bugs I consider most critical are:

Internationalization:

All three of these require some real dedication to do, though I don't
think they are fundamentally that hard, if you are good at digging
into code and figuring it out. They are all going to be time-consuming
though.
