The original bug-buggy was designed for debbugs, oddly enough.
We moved to bugzilla subsequently, which explains both the order
of questions in bug-buddy and the hacks we had in our bugzilla
to allow email stuff and to produce a list of products in XML: 
bug-buddy needed those.
