[Deskbar] Deskbar 0.8.6 Released

Hi !

I'm once again submerged by feelings announcing the pre-christmas
deskbar release !

In a nutshell: improved preferences dialog, new artwork, new history
navigation.

Also please note that beagle 0.1.3 is now required to use the Live
Beagle plugin, as they now ship the python bindings upstream.

Finally, if people using LDAP evolution accounts could report any
problems, we're having troubles with those..
