Hi Everyone!

I've updated (finally) the Chm Filter. 
Please review my patch.

The filter now is very fast (thanks to updates to FilterHtml). it only uses 5 secs indexing a mysql reference manual. The first time I send the patch  it took 7min+ to index the same file.
