gmime tarball

Hey,

More good news, we have a gmime tarball now with mono support:

http://spruce.sourceforge.net/gmime/sources/v2.1/gmime-2.1.10.tar.gz

so hopefully this will make things a little easier to build and, better
yet, start filtering into the murky unstable worlds of Debian, Ubuntu,
and Gentoo.

I've also updated the Wiki.

Working on a dbus release as well, so the amount of CVS HEAD software is
dwindling.
