[Banshee-List] two oneline i18n patches

Attached two patches:

  banshee_GTXT_Configure:
    * Allow translation of the configure tab in the main plugin dialog
  banshee_GTXT_ESongReporting:
    * Add Gettext-hook for the enable checkbox in AS Configure dialog
	
Also, something seems to be wrong wrt plugins; Only the audioscrobbler plugin
descriptionshows up in the POT file, although the other plugins also have
Catalog.GetString wrapping their description.
