All you need to do, however, is open a new account using iTunes 5 and never use it against iTunes 6. I've finally admitted to myself that the Fairkey thing resulting in applications like iOpener and Jhymn just isn't getting updated any time soon. :(

Personally, I've moved to using allofmp3.com All the same music (more or less) for a fraction of the cost, and at this point at least, still legal.
