lost mailbox tabs

Balsa-1.1.2

I tried to create a mailbox from within Balsa ... hoped that it worked OK
now. That was not the case and I ended up deleting my .gnome/balsa file and
starting Balsa afresh. Now everything is OK, except I don't have the
mailbox tabs (with the little close tick (X) added recently) to switch or
close mailboxes ... anyone know how to get them back?
