Hi!

I just noticed that (at least) arc/orbit-glue.c is not included in the
distribution archive created by "make dist" which results in an error
message when building rpms.

Also, using "use_release=yes" in configure.in to get an e.g.
balsa-0.9.5-2.rpm doesn't work because "rpm -ta balsa-0.9.5-2.tgz" still
searches balsa-0.9.5.tgz.
