Printing to Letter-sized paper

With Pawel's help, I resolved the problem with printing to letter-sized
paper.  My problem had been that the email header information was being
cropped off at the top of the page (I never printed out a long enough email
to observe the bottom margin effect).

To print on letter-sized paper, you have to change the one occurrence of
"A4" in src/print.c to "US-Letter" and recompile.

Doing that, it works fine.
